To prepare the energizing smoothie we need a banana, 4 pieces of fresh coconut if possible and 3 slices of pineapple.

These three ingredients are a concentrate of vitamins and minerals useful for the body. Banana thanks to its high sugar and starch content not only provides energy but also reduces the feeling of hunger. Coconut, thanks to potassium and magnesium, fights weakness and vitamins B and C fight the sense of exhaustion. Pineapple, on the other hand, thanks to its unique and sweet flavor, is rich in water and fiber and helps the body to eliminate waste. This fruit, like banana, also stimulates the sense of satiety.

To prepare this juice, we recommend cutting the coconut and pineapple into coarse pieces and putting them in a blender with a little water. Adding some helps to blend the pieces faster and create a compound liquid and homogeneous.

We recommend blending the banana separately and once ready we can add it to the previously obtained drink.

For those who like it, you can add a few slices of ginger or cinnamon to flavor our juice. Also, if it is too thick, you can add a little water or orange juice.
