Akuis, a Friulian startup founded by Alessandro Englaro, aerospace engineer, and Mattiarmando Chiavegato, architect, two young friends passionate about fitness, has launched a novelty that promises to revolutionize the way to train at home, but not only: Sintesi, a complete gym condensed into an extremely small space, only two square meters.

Sintesi can be used at home, but also in gyms, hotels and spas

Sintesi is a robotic multifunction station composed of two tubular aluminum modules, which can be applied to a wall thanks to simple brackets equipped with quick coupling / release, or positioned horizontally on a special platform, and a tablet that allows you to set the training program and view all the data on your performance in real time.

“Sintesi has digitized the classic weights thanks to a series of electromagnetic motors able to generate resistance in a completely customizable way and thus adapt to different types of training”, explains the company. “The machine is in fact able to reproduce different types of load, proposing an innovative training format that can be used both in sports and in rehabilitation. A real smart gym designed to be easily installed in your own homes or in boutique gyms “.

The different configuration options allow Sintesi to simulate the machines of a complete gym for physical training at home, but also for the work of personal trainers and physiotherapists. The operation of the device is based on the Dynamic Vectoring patent, “which allows to support the natural biomechanics of the human body, guaranteeing total freedom of movement”.

Sintesi is available in two versions: one for personal use, proposed in the Essential and Plus versions, and a professional one (in the Lite, Evo or Elìte variants), designed for gyms, personal trainers and physiotherapists, but also to be used in hotels. , in spas or on board yachts.

The use of Sintesi is facilitated by the presence of a “virtual trainer”: an app installed in the supplied tablet, which contains a list of more than 200 exercises with explanatory videos and numerous complete training programs. Sintesi can be purchased through the Akuis website; prices start at € 4,490.
