Which are the Italian provinces where Covid cases are increasing fastest

I’m Naples, Bologna e Milano the three Italian provinces where in absolute numbers in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health, the greatest increase in infections from Coronavirus. A tendency, however, to climb the epidemiological curve that is not only linked to yesterday’s numbers, since these areas have been under the magnifying glass of experts and institutions for days now. In some cases they have already intervened with ad hoc measures to stop the spread of the infection and the circulation of variants of the virus.

If the province of Naples recorded an increase of 758 units in 24 hours, in that of Bologna 639 were reported and in Milan 532. Immediately afterwards, the province of Torino, with +530 infections since yesterday. However, these are densely populated areas. To worry is certainly the province of Brescia, that from today to 18 will be in the orange zone strengthened: here the cases since yesterday are 506. It is no better in another province of Lombardy, namely Varese, which saw an increase of 425 units. The province of is also bad Frosinone, where since yesterday Covid infections have increased by 430 units: here it was established with an order by the president of the Lazio Region, Zingaretti, the red zone in the Municipality of Torrice due to the strong incidence and presence of English variant.

Attention also to Bolzano (+374), where the lockdown hard until 28 February together with a series of ad hoc restrictions for the municipalities in which the South African variant circulates, and the province of Ancona (+274), where about twenty municipalities passed through since yesterday orange zone. These are territories characterized by a scenario of high severity, a high risk level and the presence of some cases of the English variant, namely Ancona, Camerata Picena, Castelfidardo, Castelplanio, Chiaravalle, Cupramontana, Falconara Marittima, Filottrano, Jesi, Loreto, Maiolati Spontini, Monte San Vito, Osimo, Ostra, Polverigi, Sassoferrato, Senigallia, Serra De ‘Conti, Sirolo, Staffolo. For the remaining Municipalities of the Province of Ancona, only the travel limits for the yellow zone apply.
