The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has activated a site for the vaccination of employees and family members at the internal outpatient clinic. This is the first initiative of this type carried out by a central public administration.

The facility will also be open to State personnel serving abroad, often employed in areas of high epidemiological risk and with limited access to vaccines. The project is part of the vaccination program of the Lazio Region and arises from the collaboration with the ASL Roma 1 – District 15 which has made available a dedicated medical team.

The MAECI Secretary General, Ambassador Ettore Francesco Sequi, and the Director General of the ASL Roma 1, Dr. Angelo Tanese, took part in the inauguration of the center.
