The number of new positives is the lowest since September 2021. The infections have been diagnosed against 84 thousand molecular and antigenic swabs

ROMA — In the last 24 hours they died in Italy 65 people sick with Covid-19 (yesterday 51). Deaths in this pandemic are in total 126.588.

The new coronavirus positives are 1.237 down from yesterday, when it was 2,275. The total number of confirmed cases is 4,233,698.

The 1,237 cases today have emerged from the analysis of 84.567 tests, including molecular and antigenic swabs (yesterday 149,958). The positivity rate is1,5% (yesterday 1.5%).

Coronavirus positive people in Italy are 188,453, that is 3,819 less than yesterday. The discharged and the healed are 3.918.657, that is 5,024 more of yesterday.

As for hospitals, in ordinary Covid departments There are 4.910 patients, that is 283 less of yesterday. In the terapie intensive the hospitalized patients are 759, that means 15 less of yesterday.

The regions with the most cases are Campania (177), Lazio (170), Tuscany (160), Sicily (156), Emilia Romagna (155).
