There are 275 new Covid-19 positives recorded in Sicily in the last 24 hours, out of 7,232 processed swabs: the incidence is 3.8%, an increase compared to recent days. The Region is in second place in Italy for the number of daily infections. There are 2 victims and the total rises to 5,873. The number of current positives is 7,971 and the new cases return to rise by 76 units. The healed are 197.

In hospitals there are 426 patients, 15 fewer than yesterday, those in intensive care are 44, one less than in the previous bulletin.

The distribution of registered cases by provinces sees Catania in the lead with 86 cases, Palermo 68, Syracuse 55, Messina 21, Ragusa 21, Trapani 14, Caltanissetta 6, Agrigento 4 and no cases in Enna.
