There are 2,275 coronavirus infections in Italy today, 6 June, according to region-by-region data in the Civil Protection bulletin. Since yesterday, another 51 deaths have been recorded. The new cases were identified with 149,958 swabs, the positivity rate is 1.5%. Patients with symptoms are 4,963 (-230). In the last 24 hours, 20 admissions to intensive care were registered (-14 occupancy).

THE DATA OF THE REGIONS

LAZIO – There are 233 coronavirus infections in Lazio today, 6 June, according to data from the region’s bulletin. Since yesterday, 5 deaths have been registered. 115 new cases reported in Rome. Overall, out of over 7 thousand swabs in Lazio (-3946) and over 11 thousand antigenic for a total of over 18 thousand tests, there are 233 new positive cases (+36), deaths are 5 (-4), hospitalized are 690 ( -60). The healed are 1125, the intensive therapies are 125 (-1).

The ratio between positives and buffers is 3.2%, but if we also consider the antigenic ones the percentage drops to 1.2%. The cases in Rome city are at 115. This was announced in a note by the councilor for Health and Social-Health Integration of the Lazio Region, Alessio D’Amato, underlining that “incidence and rt are from the white zone”.

LOMBARDY – There are 359 new coronavirus positive cases registered in the last 24 hours in Lombardy. The dead are 16, for a total of 33,669 since the start of the pandemic. The total number of victims since the beginning of the covid-19 emergency remains 11,580. The current positives are 6,880 (- 110), the discharged / recovered are 405,542 (+190).

FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA – There are 13 infections from Covid-19 detected today, 6 June, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, where 2,278 molecular swabs were carried out, with a positive percentage of 0.57%. Furthermore, 1,057 antigenic rapid tests have been carried out, from which 0 cases (0%) were detected. Today there is no death, the admissions in intensive care are stable and equal to 1 while those in other departments are reduced, which are 28. This was communicated by the deputy governor with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.

The deaths totaled 3,792, with the following territorial subdivision: 816 in Trieste, 2,008 in Udine, 675 in Pordenone and 293 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 93,004, the clinically healed 5,656, while those in isolation today drop to 4,696.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 107,177 people have been positive with the following territorial division: 21,256 in Trieste, 50,671 in Udine, 20,982 in Pordenone, 13,068 in Gorizia and 1,200 from outside the region.

EMILIA ROMAGNA – 172 new infections from Covid-19 recorded today, 6 June, in Emilia-Romagna, where 11,644 swabs were performed. The percentage of new positives on the number of swabs is 1.5%. Another victim is recorded, a 60-year-old man in the Reggio area, which brings the total deaths with Covid-19 to 13,209. There are 70 patients admitted to intensive care (+2 compared to yesterday), 412 those in the other Covid departments (-11). The average age of new positives today is 34.9 years.

As for the total number of people healed, they are 431 more than yesterday and reach 360,157. The active cases, that is the actual patients, to date are 11,454 (-260 compared to yesterday). Of these, people in isolation at home, that is, those with mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment or are symptom-free, total 10,972 (-251), 95.8% of the total number of active cases.

Administered a total of 2,865,184 doses; out of the total, 1,047,965 are second doses, ie people who have completed the vaccination cycle.

TUSCANY – There are 193 coronavirus infections in Tuscany today, 6 June, according to data from the region’s bulletin anticipated by governor Eugenio Giani. There are also 9 deaths. The new cases identified on 14,814 tests including 9,308 molecular swabs and 5,506 rapid tests. The rate of new positives is 1.30% (3.3% on first diagnoses). “Covid hospitalizations are decreasing throughout the region”, Giani writes again.
