All regions under 50 cases per week per 100,000 inhabitants

With the data of yesterday (June 2) in fact, all the Italian regions except the Val d’Aosta have dropped to an incidence below the risk threshold of 50 cases per week per one hundred thousand inhabitants. By law, three consecutive sub-threshold monitors are required to allow a region to gain the scenario with fewer restrictions, without curfew. For this reason, thanks to last Friday’s monitoring, they went to the white area of Sardinia, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Molise. While the next report from the control room expected on Friday 4 June will certify the white zone on the following Monday for Abruzzo, Liguria, Veneto and Umbria. There are seven more days left in Lazio, Lombardy, Piedmont, Puglia, Emilia Romagna and the Province of Trento. After two more monitors below the threshold they will go blank, hopefully, on Monday 21 June, reaching the others.
