SASSARI. The national guidelines have been approved but before they can be declined on a regional scale it will be necessary for the Region to implement the framework agreement signed by the Government with the federations representing pharmacists. Some time will pass before Sardinians can be vaccinated in pharmacies, we will talk about it again between the middle and the end of April, but diplomacy is already at work and the white smoke is inevitable.

“There is no criminal and civil shield for pharmacists but discussions have already begun, we will soon meet the heads of the regional health department – explains Pierluigi Annis, regional president of Federfarma -. We are available and I am sure we will find an agreement . Many colleagues are ready to contribute to the vaccination campaign and would be honored to lend a hand. Costs are not a problem, the six euros that result from the agreement from the national agreement are those that are generally destined for doctors, on which it was decided to modulate the financial endowment “.
