There are 299 new cases of coronavirus in Sicily. This number had not been so low for several weeks (yesterday it was 405). But the data must be coupled with the reduced amount of Sunday tests, 12,497: therefore the positivity rate rises from 2.1 to 2.3%.

The deaths in the last 24 hours are 4, the healed 758. 112 people are hospitalized in intensive care (-6).

This is the division of the new infected by province: 73 in Ragusa, 70 in Catania, 60 in Palermo, 38 in Messina, 15 in Agrigento, 14 in Syracuse, 10 in Trapani, 10 in Enna, 9 in Caltanissetta.

There are 3,455 new positives throughout Italy. Yesterday there were 5,753. There are 140 victims in one day, 93 yesterday. The tests are 118,924 (yesterday 202,573), the positivity rate is 2.9% (yesterday 2.8%).

In total, 4,162,576 cases since the beginning of the epidemic, 124,296 deaths. The discharged and healed reached 3,715,389, with an increase of 9,305 units in the last 24 hours. Currently positives are 322,891, down 5,991 from yesterday. There are 309,113 people in home isolation, 5,856 fewer than yesterday.

There are 1,754 patients admitted to intensive care, a decrease of 25 compared to yesterday in the daily balance between entries and exits, while the daily entries were 69 (yesterday 60). 12,024 people are hospitalized in the ordinary wards, 110 less than yesterday.
