Unipd students of L’Osteria Volante propose an online meeting to learn more the implications of the pandemic on sleep, health and mental state.

In the last year, numerous universities and research centers have taken steps to better understand how the lockdown has influenced and influenced us on a cognitive level and how it has literally taken people from sleep.

We talk about it together with Giorgia Cona and Nicola Cellini, respectively researcher and researcher of the Department of General Psychology of the University of Padua.
