In the last 24 hours, 3,882 positive cases of coronavirus and 39 deaths due to COVID-19 have been detected in Italy. Currently there are 2,786 hospitalized (9 less than yesterday), of which 343 in the intensive care wards (13 less than yesterday) and 2,443 in the other wards (4 more than yesterday). 112,654 molecular swabs and 374,564 rapid antigenic tests were analyzed. The percentage of positive molecular swabs was 3.27 percent, while that of antigen tests was 0.05 percent. On Thursday, 3,791 infections were registered and 36 died.
The regions that have recorded the most cases in the last 24 hours are Campania (450), Lazio (408), Sicily (400), Lombardy (381) and Veneto (381).
