There are 7 new cases of coronavirus that have emerged in Valle d’Aosta in the last 24 hours, the total number of infected has risen to 12,110 since the beginning of the pandemic. The number of dead remains at 474, while the healed are 2 more, now totaling 11,572. The swabs carried out were 1,032 in one day, 185,224 from February 2020. The current positives are 64, 61 of which in home isolation and 3 hospitalized at the Parini hospital in Aosta. The bulletin of the Region reports it.
In Trentino today one death, 16 new infections, 21 patients in hospital, 2 of which in intensive care. “The deceased patient was an unvaccinated 60-year-old who in the last few days had been hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Rovereto hospital”, says the Trento provincial health company. The quarantined classes remain two. On the vaccination front, the administrations reached 734,364 of which 339,674 second doses.

In South Tyrol there are 51 new cases of Covid-19 out of 5,712 swabs processed yesterday. No new deaths but the number of deaths has been corrected to 1,191 because a person who died due to coronavirus was identified last January. The number of Covid patients admitted to hospital is stable, 22 in normal wards and 10 in intensive care. The new positivity are 36 out of 593 molecular swabs examined and 15 out of 5,119 antigen tests carried out. Out of 239,667 people subjected to molecular swab, 50,701 tested positive. There are 27,889 positive people on an antigen test. The total healed are 76,528.
In Piedmont one death and 145 new cases of Covid, equal to 0.8% of 19,072 swabs performed (of which 15,265 antigenic). Of the 145 new cases, 73 (50.3%) were asymptomatic. The cases are divided as follows: 42 screenings, 79 case contacts, 24 with ongoing investigation; none imported. The total of positive cases thus becomes 382,346. There are 23 hospitalized in intensive care (unchanged from yesterday). Non-intensive care patients are 199 (+6 compared to yesterday). There are 3,572 people in home isolation. With the last death the deaths since the beginning of the pandemic become 11,756.
There are 304 new coronavirus positives recorded in the last 24 hours in Lombardy. There were 10 deaths, for a total of 34,022 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic. The swabs carried out, according to data released by the Civil Protection, were 54,810. 61 people are hospitalized in intensive care units, five more than yesterday.
FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 113,493 people have been positive with the following territorial division: 23,034 in Trieste, 52,448 in Udine, 22,800 in Pordenone, 13,626 in Gorizia and 1,585 from outside the region. As far as the regional health system is concerned, the positivity of a doctor from the western Friuli health authority was found. With regard to facilities for the elderly, there are no infections among operators or even among guests.

There are 89 new positives at Covid-19 today in Liguria, compared to 2,391 molecular swabs carried out in the last 24 hours, to which another 4,367 rapid antigenic swabs are added. No patient has died in the past 24 hours. In particular, there were 15 new cases in Imperia, 11 in Savona, 19 in La Spezia.
Since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic, 422,652 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia-Romagna, 340 more than yesterday, out of a total of 25,931 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made since yesterday is 1.3%. There is one more death: in Parma, a 73-year-old woman. In total, 13,459 have been killed in the region since the beginning of the epidemic. The number of patients admitted to intensive care remained stable compared to yesterday: 48 (unchanged); there was a slight increase in those in the other Covid 386 departments (+3). Meanwhile, the control and prevention activity continues: of the newly infected, 128 are asymptomatic identified as part of the regional contact tracing and screening activities. Overall, 135 of the new positives were already in isolation at the time of the swab execution, 180 were identified within already known foci. The average age of new positives today is 36.8 years. In the last 24 hours, 8,218 molecular swabs were carried out, for a total of 5,788,338. In addition, there are also 17,713 quick swabs. As for the total number of people healed, they are 177 more than yesterday and reach 395,251. The active cases, that is the actual patients, which today are 13,942 (+162 compared to yesterday).
In Tuscany there are 263 new Covid cases (257 confirmed with molecular swab and 6 by rapid antigen test), which bring the total to 281,287 since the beginning of the coronavirus health emergency. New cases are 0.1% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grew by 0.2% and reached 266,705 (94.8% of total cases). Today 8,378 molecular swabs and 10,820 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 1.4% were positive. On the other hand, 6,745 subjects tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swab, excluding control swabs), of which 3.9% were positive. The currently positive are 7.440 today, -2% compared to yesterday. The hospitalized are 321 (16 less than yesterday), of which 47 in intensive care (2 less). Today there are 7 new deaths: 2 men and 5 women with an average age of 78.4 years. These are the data – ascertained at 12 noon today on the basis of the requests of the National Civil Protection – relating to the progress of the epidemic in the region. The average age of the 263 new positives today is approximately 41 years old.
Less than a thousand currently positive at Covid in Umbria are back, 991 on Sunday 26 September according to what the Region’s website reports, 35 less than on Saturday. There were 1,182 on the same day last week. No deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours. The new cases were instead 45 and 80 recovered. The swabs analyzed were 1,600 and the antigen tests 6,112. The positivity rate on the total is 0.58 percent (it was 0.63% on Saturday and 0.9% on Sunday 19 September). The picture of hospitals was essentially stable, with 46 hospitalized, one more, two of whom in intensive care, a stable figure.

“Today in Lazio on 6,948 molecular swabs and 10,355 antigenic swabs for a total of 17,303 swabs, there are 272 new positive cases (-34), 6 deaths (+4), 392 hospitalized (-4), 58 intensive care (+3) and 343 recovered. The ratio between positives and swabs is 1.5%. Cases in Rome city are at 126. Decrease in positive cases both on a daily and weekly basis thanks to the vaccination campaign ” . This was announced in a note by the Councilor for Health of the Lazio Region, Alessio D’Amato.
The rate of contagion is dropping, while hospitalizations in intensive care are on the rise: these are the data that leap to the eye when reading the bulletin of the Campania crisis unit on Covid. Today the positives are 282 out of 18,048 swabs carried out: rate at 1.56% compared to 1.86 yesterday. There are 18 people in intensive care, compared to 15 yesterday, while those in the ordinary wards 259 against 266 yesterday. Two other victims.
There are another 14 new positive cases of Covid-19 in Basilicata. They emerged yesterday in the face of 545 molecular swabs processed. Also yesterday there were 44 recovered and one death. In Calabria, new infected people due to Covid and hospitalizations in care wards decreased, respectively, from 133 to 106 (total from the beginning of the epidemic 83,271) and from 160 to 157. On the other hand, the total number of patients in the wards was stable resuscitation, which remains fixed at 12. The deaths are 4, one more than yesterday. Slight increase in the positivity rate which from 3.28% reaches 3.61, with 2,935 swabs performed (total 1,179,286). The healed are 93 more, with the total reaching 77,817. The currently positives also increase, which are 9 more (total 4,058).
422 (two fewer than yesterday) are the new cases of Covid19 registered in the last 24 hours on the island against 10,771 swabs processed.
The incidence rises to 3.9% (yesterday it was 3.1%). Sicily is back in the lead in the new daily infections, Emilia Romagna in second place with 340.
The current positives are 17,003 with a decrease of 264 cases. The healed are 683 while there are other 3 victims that bring the total deaths to 6,785. On the hospital front there are now 607 hospitalized, one less than yesterday while in intensive care there are 73, 4 less than yesterday.
In Sardinia there are 46 further confirmed cases of Covid positivity, based on 1,284 people tested. A total of 1604 tests were processed, including molecular and antigenic. There are 17 patients admitted to intensive care units (one less than yesterday). 146 patients are admitted to the medical area (two fewer than yesterday). There are 2464 cases of home isolation (51 fewer than yesterday). There are a total of two deaths: a 74-year-old man and a 77-year-old resident
