72 new cases, 3 deaths and 46 infections in Rome

There are 72 new coronavirus cases registered in the last 24 hours. This was announced by the Lazio Region with today’s bulletin, Thursday 1st July. Three people have died from complications related to covid-19, while 109 have recovered. Over 9 thousand swabs and over 15 thousand antigenic swabs were processed, for a total of over 24 thousand tests. The ratio between positives and buffers is 0.7%, but if we also consider the antigenic the percentage drops to 0.2%. The cases in Rome city are at 46.

Data on hospitalizations and intensive care

There are 3,028 Covid-19 positives in Lazio, of which 181 are hospitalized, 47 in intensive care and 2,800 in home isolation. Since the beginning of the epidemic, 334,670 people have recovered and 8,339 have died, out of a total of 346,037 cases examined.

Spallanzani Bulletin 1 July

To date, 40 patients have been hospitalized at the Spallanzani Institute in Rome. Eight people are hospitalized in intensive care, a stable number compared to yesterday. The patients discharged and transferred to their homes or to other local structures are 2,845 this morning, according to the bulletin released by the Roman hospital.
