The first tests carried out in the emergency room showed a low level of platelets in the blood. The woman reported being vaccinated in Alassio (Savona) on May 27 with the first dose of Astrazeneca. According to what was reported by the specialists of the San Martino Polyclinic, «the patient is conscious, perfectly cooperating and has no symptoms associated with a thrombosis. To verify the cause of the low level of platelets in the blood and in any case to avoid an aggravation of his condition, therapy was started and further tests are underway ».
