FROM 2009 TO 2011 – In 2009 the tax burden was 54.5 billion, of which 8.4 billion (15.4%) was collected, while 46.1 billion (84.6%) was not recovered; in 2010 the tax burden was 61.5 billion, of which 9.2 billion (15.1%) were collected, while 52.2 billion (84.9%) were not recovered; in 2011 the tax burden was 68.1 billion, of which 8.3 billion (12.2%) was collected, while 60.1 billion (87.8%) was not recovered
