Vaccination against Covid-19 in Sardinia, from 2 April via the adhesion for the over 70

A few days after the latest update on how to join, the audience of Sardinians called to join the anti-Covid vaccination campaign is further expanding. From tomorrow, Friday 2 April, as indicated in a note by the Regional Health Department, citizens over 70, born in 1945 and 1946, not exempt from the ticket due to pathology, and the municipal police staff, on the basis of the lists progressively provided by the Municipalities to the Region, they will be able to express their adhesion to the vaccination campaign through the dedicated regional portal “vaccinocovid.sardegnasalute.it”.

Citizens, after registering on the portal, will be contacted by the ATS to communicate the appointment for the administration of the vaccine. All people with pathologies, recognized under the ticket exemption regime, and citizens who fall into the category of ‘fragile patients’, will continue to be contacted directly by Ats and, for them, registration on the platform will not be necessary.

The portal therefore opens up further to the adhesions that already included the over eighty, the over 70 from 1942 to 1944 and the teaching and non-teaching staff of state schools, including those of higher artistic, musical and dance training and equal schools.
