If you missed one LaFerrari at launch, here is the right opportunity. November 6 in London RM Sotheby’s will auction one of the 499 units built. In practically identical condition to the new one, this special one Ferrari it is ready to end up in the garage of a new owner or collector.

Unique and collectible

Defined by many as the heir to the “lineage” made up of F40, F50 and Enzo, the LaFerrari was unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show as one of the most extreme Reds ever.

What makes the auction specimen special is the color Marc custom made for the former owner. The aesthetic equipment also includes splitters, side skirts and diffuser in satin black and gray five-spoke alloy wheels.

The interiors, on the other hand, feature Cloves leather upholstery, also produced at the explicit request of the Swiss collector who has jealously guarded it in recent years.

In fact, from the photos of the instrument panel you can read the mileage of the incredible hypercar: in about 5 years, the LaFerrari has traveled little less than 1,500 km.

Performance and prices skyrocketing

The “heart” of Ferrari is represented by a 6.3 V12 derived directly from the FXX. The 12-cylinder engine produces 800 HP and is supported by an electric motor placed on the rear axle with the technology CHERRY of Formula 1.

Overall, the LaFerrari can thus touch the 963 CV and 900 Nm of torque unleashing all the power on the rear wheels only through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

As you can guess, the performance is pure hypercar: 372 km / h top speed, 0-100 km / h in 2.4 seconds and 0-200 km / h in 7 seconds. Resounding numbers that place it on the same level as the Bugatti Chiron or Koenigsegg Regera.

How much can such a rarity be worth? Sotheby’s estimates a sale price between 2.2 and 2.5 million pounds (2.6 and 3 million euros). It will not be surprising, however, if the figure spikes even higher. In 2017, the “extra” specimen number 500 was sold for 7 million euros in a charity auction.
