The online office of the Revenue Agency-Collection is born to receive assistance and carry out operations with a simple one video call. The first remote appointments will start from 27 September, but from yesterday it is possible to book on the reserved area of ​​the site to speak online with an operator of the Agency.

In an initial experimental phase, the service will be available for the provinces of Bari, Brescia, Lecce and Rome, followed by Milan, Modena and Bologna by the first half of October. The service will then be progressively extended to the whole territory.

Thanks to the new service, the taxpayer will be able to dialogue and ask for assistance quickly and easily from a PC, smartphone or tablet, without the need to move from home. The “online counter” allows you to relate to the Agency in real time, with the possibility of carrying out the same operations available at the physical counter through a platform that simplifies procedures recognition of the taxpayer and allow it exchange of documentation also digitally signed.

The operations that can be carried out remotely with the assistance of the operators are almost all those available in the offices of the collection body: consultancy, verification of the debt situation, assistance for requests for installments, assistance for requests for suspension of collection. And again: verification of any procedures in progress (administrative stops, mortgages, foreclosures), requests for compensation, requests for reimbursement, assistance on payments.

To make an appointment online, you need to access thereserved area to users on the Agency website, using the credentials Spid (Public Digital Identity System), Cie (Electronic Identity Card) or Cns (National Service Card). Then proceed with the booking of the video call in the “Appointments and contacts”, Choosing the day and time up to a maximum of four days following the booking

On the day and time chosen, you will need to access the reserved area of ​​the site, in the section “CCheck your appointment planner”, And start the connection. On the same page it is also possible to cancel the appointment. A maximum connection delay of 10 minutes is allowed with respect to the scheduled time, after which the appointment will be lost.
