From the operational start of the Piano BUL a total of 2,002 municipalities are on the market (271 more than in December 2020), 904 municipalities tested positively (227 more than in December 2020), 4,252 construction sites open (537 more than in December 2020).
In March 2021 the cumulative amount of the works ordered to the Concessionaire from the start of the Plan was 1,455,502,329.83 euros, of which 24,632,868.49 euros were the resources committed in March.
During the first quarter of 2021, 248 FTTH executive projects were delivered by Open Fiber against a forecast for the first half of at least 845 projects (29%).
In the same period, Infratel verified 290 projects, approving 200 and rejecting 90. The municipalities completed with CUIR were 270 compared to the 763 municipalities to be completed in the first half (35%).
The as built delivered by Open Fiber were 200 compared to the 575 expected for the half year (34.7%).
In the same period, Infratel successfully tested 227 FTTH municipalities and another 97 with prescriptions. In addition, 88 FWA sites and another 35 with prescriptions were positively tested.
Average monthly production, in the first quarter of 2021, is equal to 19 million euros compared to an expected monthly average of at least 35 million euros. In view of the results of the first quarter of 2021, Infratel Italia asked the Concessionaire to prepare an operational plan aimed at allowing the achievement of the expected targets for 2021.
