After the inauguration in 2019 of the new complex, the result of an investment by the Pac 2000A Conad group of over 28 million euros, with the management of Ethos, Cospea Village is moving towards a real expansion, redeveloping an area that has remained abandoned for several years.
Tomorrow, Thursday 22 July, the inauguration of the first floor of the complex located in via Montefiorino is scheduled. For two days, from 22 to 24 July, in compliance with current health and distancing regulations, shows will alternate with choreographic performances by street artists to promote and celebrate the new points of sale. The opening of the new area will bring another great wave of opportunity for the city, starting with new jobs and new stores spread over 5,000 square meters of commercial area.
The brands that will take place on the first floor will belong to different product categories, ranging from products for children and infants, to those for the home, hobby and DIY, as well as a medical center, a health center and an in & outdoor play area for children, who will complete the merchandising mix of the center. The big news is the arrival of Bricofer, a large 100% Italian DIY shop dedicated to do-it-yourself jobs, garden care and outdoor areas. It will also be possible to directly access the first floor by car and park in the parking area which contains over 200 new spaces, in addition to the over a thousand parking spaces already present outside and in the basement.
The redevelopment of the area on the first floor of the Cospea Village, which had been abandoned for several years, is just one of the first results of the new Pac 2000 A leasing strategy which, after having included dental practices in Umbria for the first time a few years ago. , will bring medical studies, analysis and diagnostic centers to this new facility to complete the offer.
