A truce is being prepared for Opec Plus. The dispute with the United Arab Emirates, which had caused the last summit of the coalition to fail, seems close to being resolved thanks to a compromise with the Saudis that could also pave the way for the increase in oil production that the group intended to approve for the months from August onwards.
