Be careful, however, if you submit a false declaration you will be punished under the criminal code.
THE NEW FAMILIES
Good news for future spouses too. For the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, tax deductions are envisaged on the documented wedding expenses incurred in Italy for the celebration of the wedding, equal to 25% of the total spent, up to a maximum of 25,000 euros. The deduction is divided into 5 annual installments of equal amount. And among the deductible brides there are: – catering and restaurant services; – the renting of the premises; – the wedding planner service; – floral decorations; – the clothes of the spouses; – the photo shoot; – the make-up and hairdressing service. In this way, a double goal is achieved. In addition to reviving a major business, the wedding bonus can support young couples who may have suffered economic repercussions such as to question certain projects and the fulfillment of a dream. Even before the introduction of the new economic measure provided for by the Sostegni bis decree, the allowance for marital leave issued by the INPS, called the spouses bonus, was already in force, which provides for the possibility – for some workers – to be able to take advantage of the so-called check for marriage leave, which must be taken within 30 days following the date on which the wedding will be celebrated.
