Accenture aims to acquire Ethica Consulting, a group of technology companies based in Italy that offers advanced software solutions and professional services. The signed agreement will consolidate Accenture’s role in supporting customers in their digital transformation processes and enabling them to develop innovative services and products with cloud-based SAP solutions. Financial details of the acquisition are not disclosed.
Based in Treviso and operational offices in various cities in Italy, Ethica Consulting Group is organized into three affiliated companies – Icm.S, Altevie Technologies and Espedia – each specialized in specific areas of the Sap technology offer and services and recognized as Sap Platinum Partner. The companies of the Ethica Group help companies to transform their processes by defining and implementing business solutions with Sap technologies combined with specific skills in different markets such as manufacturing, distribution and services.
