On Thursday night 24 June in Milan, the Carabinieri of the Milan Crescenzago Station executed a precautionary custody order, for robbery in competition, issued on 21 June by the GIP Office of the Milan Juvenile Court against two minors , both 16 years old, one of which Italian born and residing in Milan, student, with a police record for crimes against property and an Egyptian resident in Milan, student, with a police record for resisting a Public Official and for crimes against property.

The investigations, carried out through the analysis of social networks, the examination of witnesses and the subsequent recognition by the victim, made it possible to ascertain that the two minors, together with other young people still in the identification phase, last 7 March, they approached a 19-year-old from behind as he was leaving the M2 metro station “Crescenzago” and, after attacking him with kicks and punches, causing him to fall to the ground, they stole his mobile phone.

At the end of the formalities, the young Italian was placed at the “Beccaria” Penal Institute for minors in Milan, while the Egyptian was subjected to the measure of the prescriptions envisaged for minors.
