MODENA. In order to intervene on the critical issues relating to the large number of citizens who, especially in the vicinity of the summer holidays, require the transfer of the second vaccination dose, the telephone channel was enhanced with an additional telephone number. From today there will therefore be two numbers available to citizens:
– Coronavirus call center 059 3963663 active from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 14:00
– Call center for reservations 059 2025333 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00
The Ausl has put in place a new task force of operators to respond to citizens who need to change their date, thus also reducing the load of telephone calls on the number also dedicated to booking.
At the moment, sms are also being sent with the date of the second dose to citizens who must carry it out until 10 July, but even those who have not yet received the confirmation text message, and need to move, can still contact these channels.
As per ministerial indications, please note that travel is possible one week in advance for Astra Zeneca (Vaxzevria) and one week in advance or postponement for Pfizer and Moderna.
In the meantime, on the dedicated page of the Ausl website, https://www.ausl.mo.it/vaccino-covid-seconda-dose-infoutili, all the information relating to the second doses will be progressively collected: as can be identified in your dossier health care, how to move it, with which vaccine it can be carried out, also in light of the latest indications from the commissioner for Astra Zeneca to people under 60 who, alongside the so-called heterologous vaccination (which involves the administration of mRNA vaccine) also provides for the possibility to request vaccination with the same Astra Zeneca vaccine also in second dose, upon acquisition of informed consent.
This is in order to allow as many people as possible to complete the vaccination cycle, thus increasing the vaccination coverage on our territory by reducing the possibility of circulation of the virus in its various variants.
