It was not a peaceful night for the 118 rescuers the one just spent in Milan and in the hinterland of the Lombard capital. The regional emergency urgency agency reported on a series of interventions which, lined up, return a rather worrying picture. The most serious episode occurred precisely in Milan, around 4 in the morning, in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci in Città Studi, the square overlooked by the Polytechnic. A 25 year old boy, MC his initials, was stabbed: Rescuers found him with penetrating stab wounds to the abdomen and back and rushed him to the Città Studi clinic, where he was hospitalized in code red. The state police officers investigate the matter, who will have to reconstruct the dynamics and context in which the stabbing took place and identify the person responsible.
The other attacks in the night in Milan and in the hinterland
Previously two other attacks had occurred in Milan: the first around 2 in the morning in via Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, where a 23-year-old boy was rescued for trauma to the lower limbs. The second about half an hour later in Piazza Duca d’Aosta, near Milan Central Station, where a man, whose personal details have not been disclosed, was wounded in the face and chest and was hospitalized in yellow code at the Fatebenefratelli hospital. Both episodes are investigated by the police, who are also trying to reconstruct what happened in Corimate d’Adda and Rozzano: it would have always been two attacks against a 40-year-old man, punched respectively, and a 34-year-old who suffered trauma to his face and back. However, neither of them was seriously injured.
