Since yesterday evening, in perfect compliance with the schedule, which wanted the vernissage in June, the inauguration of the restaurant “Da Nicolino” in Rome, in via Tolemaide 17.

True thermolesity arrives in the capital thanks to a traditional dish, able to combine skilful preparation with the freshest ingredients that blend with the territory. This is Mr. ‘Brodetto’: not a simple dish, but a real brand, complete with a guarantee certificate that is almost half a century old, signed by ‘Da Nicolino’, the historic and long-lived restaurant made in Termoli overlooking on the Swabian Castle and on Via Roma.
A historical place that, over the years, has been able to renew itself and change, anticipating the times, but remaining well anchored to its port of the Termolese culinary tradition. Its original location could only be a good omen for the future of the business (from via Roma to Rome ed) which, from 20 June, extends to the capital where via Tolemaide 17.
Always managed by the Caruso family, the ‘Da Nicolino’ restaurant was born 47 years ago and, in the midst of a pandemic, becomes a brand.
The ‘Ristorante Nicolino’ brand thus becomes a franchise and sees Rome at the center of the new entrepreneurial challenge of the Caruso brothers, together with Tornola Food Srl which invested and believed in the idea, “but without forgetting Termoli and placing quality at the center of everything. of raw materials », the brothers confided during the press conference to present the project on the Municipality of Termoli. The choice to start a new path from Rome stems from the desire to get involved: “We have Rome because we believe that it is a beautiful, important city that can act as a driving force for the next openings,” added Francesco.
