Covid, in Italy 881 new cases out of 150,522 swabs and another 17 deaths

The number of deaths is at its lowest since October 2020. There are 2,304 healed today. Intensive care units drop by 5 while there are 60 fewer patients hospitalized in other Covid wards


The numbers of the pandemic

Such a low number of daily deaths (17) had not been recorded since 5 October 2020, when the victims were 16. The number of people admitted to intensive care in Italy is still decreasing: 5 fewer than yesterday for a total of 389 full beds in intensive care. The balance of admissions on the day is 12. There are 60 fewer patients with symptoms in the other Covid wards for a total of 2,444 places occupied under the ordinary regime.
