They do not want to stop at all the rumors that they want Bloodborne coming to PS5 with a remastered version able to go to 60fps, a framerate double compared to that offered by the PlayStation 4 version launched in 2015.
Just a few days ago we were talking about the journalist and videogame developer Tim Rogers, who said he was sure of the arrival of a next-gen 60fps version for PlayStation 5, echoing the statements of an alleged insider on ResetEra, convinced of the same thing. Today, however, we bring you the words of a French leaker who calls himself SoulsHunt, who, after breaking the hopes of players eager for a sequel – which according to him will never arrive – affirmed with some certainty that Bloodborne will arrive on PlayStation 5 in 2021, and subsequently even on PC. According to the information in his possession, this remastered 60fps version would be curated neither by the original creators of FromSoftware, nor by the remake wizards of Bluepoint Games, but by another equally ambitious team.
As usual, we invite you to take information of this type with a grain of salt, since it is not official and it is not yet possible to verify it. We believe, in any case, that Sony has every interest in carrying out an operation of this type, since players have been clamoring for an enhanced version of Bloodborne for years.
Yesterday, meanwhile, the rumors about Velvet Veil, the alleged spiritual sequel of Bloodborne, were dismantled.
