I’m 1.147 i new cases of coronavirus in Italy (yesterday they were +1.325, here the bulletin). So it goes up at least 4.250.902 the number of people who have contracted the SARS-CoV-2 virus (including recovered and died) since the outbreak began. THE deaths today I’m 35 (yesterday there were 37), for a total of 127,225 victims from February 2020. People recovered or discharged they are altogether 4.031.605 e 7.648 those that came out of the Covid nightmare today (4,533 yesterday). The positive current – the subjects who have the virus – turn out to be in everything 92.072, equal to -6.536* compared to yesterday (-3.247 the day before).
The swabs and the scenario
I total swabs (molecular and antigenic) were 216.026, which is 15,711 more than yesterday when it was 200,315. While the rate of positivity 0,5% (approximation of 0.530%), the lowest ever; yesterday it was 0.7%. Here is the map of the contagion in Italy.
Less infections in 24 hours than yesterday with a case-on-test report going down to 0.5% and the lowest in 2021 , after 0.6% of 15/6 (although the comparison can only be made from 15 January, since the rapid tests were introduced in the calculation). The curve lowers before the weekend, as usual. Good comparison with last Friday (11 June) – the same day of the week – when +1,901 cases were recorded with a positive rate of 0.9%: in fact today there are fewer new infections than 11 June with a percentage lower. According to the weekly monitoring of the Higher Institute of Health, the Rt index stands at 0.69 (it was 0.68 last week), while the incidence is still decreasing, equal to 17 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants (7 -13 June) against 25 per 100 thousand of the seven days before. The epidemic curve in Italy is among the lowest at the level of the main EU countries – explains Silvio Brusaferro, the president of the ISS -. There is a decrease in cases in all regions and there are many municipalities where there have been no cases in recent weeks. From Monday all of Italy will be in the white zone, except the Aosta Valley.
