It was “The tiger” of the fourth edition of Masterchef Paolo Armando, who died yesterday at just 49 years old in Cuneo. His sudden death: Armando was found dead last night in his house in Madonna dell’Olmo on the outskirts of the Piedmontese capital. Computer scientist, his great passion was cooking which had brought him among the best-known faces of the MasterChef television program, where he had been nicknamed “The Tiger” for the fighting spirit it expressed.
Born in Cuneo, married, father of three children, Paolo Armando worked for the Provincial Administration since 2003 in the Information Services sector, he was also engaged in the social and educational fields as a catechist and animator in the parish. He was the testimonial of many events where he was invited as a chef and for cooking classes. “A great loss for our institution – declared the president of the Province and mayor of Cuneo Federico Borgna -, but also for the whole provincial community that had learned to know him and to appreciate his great human and professional skills. We are close to the family in this moment of great pain “. He leaves his wife Paola Ramello and children Michela (15 years old), Sara (14 years old) and Francesco (8 years old), the elderly mother.
