The Milan Stock Exchange continues its lateral trend. Even the Fed’s decision did not move the market in yesterday’s session. It will hardly be able to move it today, also considering that in general Friday is not a particularly favorable session for the stock exchanges. After an uncertain week and after the mixed session on Wall Street, traders may prefer to stay at the window rather than buy.
In yesterday’s article entitled: “This figure can change the near future of the Milan Stock Exchange”, our Experts underlined an important aspect. The prices of the Ftse Mib in the last few sessions have progressively reduced the excursion, or the difference between the maximum and minimum of the day. This phenomenon led to the formation of a particular figure, a triangle. The article emphasized how the exit from the triangle would produce an acceleration in the direction of the exit. Yesterday there was no release, prices had a similar hike to that of the previous session. Throughout the day they moved between 25,700 points and 25,800 points.
In an uncertain stock market, eyes focused on this title that is making a splash
The ongoing price squeeze will not last very long. Perhaps even today there will be very limited movements, but next week the Ftse Mib (INDEX: FTSEMIB) will necessarily have to take a precise direction.
Remaining at today’s session, despite what happened yesterday, 25,800 points is a level to be observed carefully. Beyond this threshold, prices can find the strength to rise to 25,900 points and perhaps 26,000 points. On the downside, the threshold of 25,700 points is increasingly a level below which it is preferable that prices do not fall. Drops to 25,600 points will not be a drama, but an alarm will be triggered if the Ftse Mib falls below 25,600 points.
Yesterday we saw how Tod’s, previously reported by our Experts, gained another 5%. Today among the potentially interesting titles we want to point out Beste, an important Italian group that operates in business consulting. In an uncertain stock market, eyes are focused on this title that is making a splash. The stock jumped almost 10% yesterday, closing at € 1.86. Its upside margins are enormous. Just think that in 2007 it reached a maximum of 4.5 euros. But the absolute maximum dates back to 21 years ago at almost 22 euros. Today, prices above 1.88 will hit 1.9 and then 2.0. On the downside, beware of a drop below € 1.76, which will bring prices back to € 1.70.
