In the latest update issued by the Crisis Unit of the Region, 31 new cases of coronavirus are recorded in Sardinia, and no new deaths.

From the beginning of the epidemic, the cases of positivity are therefore 57,039, the victims unchanged (1,484).

In total, 1,340,983 swabs were performed, for an overall increase of 1,160 tests compared to the previous figure.

The positive-swab ratio rises to 2.67 percent (yesterday it was 0.59).

On the other hand, 83 (-4) people are currently hospitalized in the medical area, while 6 (+1) patients in intensive care. There are 11,883 people in home isolation and a total of 43,583 healed (+110).

Of the 57,039 positive cases ascertained overall, 14,933 (+10) were detected in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari, 8,667 in Southern Sardinia, 5,163 (+2) in Oristano, 10,949 (+1) in Nuoro, 17,313 (+18) in Sassari.
