BOLOGNA – White zone means greater freedom, especially because the curfew is lifted, but it is not a “green light for everyone”. Some rules dictated for health safety reasons remain in force and it is good to know.
The main node concerns the displacements. The limits relating to times or reasons for moving are dropped if you move to locations in the white zone. The time limits fall towards the whole national territory if the movement takes place for work reasons, situations of necessity or health reasons.
Move to and from the white area
Those who want or need to reach a location in the yellow zone can do so without having to justify the reason, but respecting the curfew provided for travel in the yellow zone (currently running from 24 to 5) and the rules for visits to private inhabited homes. You can move throughout the country if you are in possession of a “green covid-19 certification”, or the green pass.
It is possible to participate in religious ceremonies: participation in funerals of close relatives or of the only remaining relative, always in compliance with all the prevention and safety measures, constitutes a cause of necessity for travel, even between territorial areas at different risk.
White zone, the rules in the car
In the white zone, you can travel by car with people not living together as long as there is only the driver in the front of the car, and a maximum of two passengers in the back seat. Everyone is obliged to wear a mask.
White zone: the rules for visits
Those who are in the white zone are allowed to visit relatives or friends, remaining within the same zone, without time limits or in the number of people who move. Visits to friends or relatives are also allowed, to all the locations in the yellow zone, from 5 to 24, to a maximum of 4 people, who can bring their minor children (or other children under 18 years of age over whom they exercise responsibility) parental) and people with disabilities or non self-sufficient living together. Visits to friends or relatives during the same day in other areas must in any case be concluded by returning to one’s residence, domicile or home within 24 hours.
Isolation and white zone
Who in the white zone is subjected to isolation (it is positive for the covid) or quarantine (because it has come into contact with a positive case) cannot leave the house. In this last case it is allowed to go out, using a private vehicle, exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the diagnostic tests prescribed by the doctor, avoiding contact with other people and strictly observing all the precautionary measures, including the obligation to wear a mask.
Obligation to wear a mask
In the white area, the obligation to wear a mask remains in force: outdoors and in indoor places other than private homes. Respiratory protective devices (better known as masks) must be worn both when outdoors and when indoors in places other than your home, except in cases where isolation is guaranteed continuous by each non-cohabiting person.
Children under the age of 6 are excluded from the obligation to wear a mask; people who, due to their disability or pathology, cannot wear the mask. Furthermore, it is not mandatory to wear a mask, both outdoors and indoors while doing sports; obviously while eating or drinking, in the places and times in which it is allowed; when you are alone or exclusively with your cohabitants.
However, the use of masks is strongly recommended even inside private homes, in the presence of non-cohabiting people.
