An earthquake of magnitude ML 2.5 it took place this morning not far from Rome. The epicenter, as reported by the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, has been identified at Lanuvio, in Castelli Romani. There were two tremors, one at 4:24, the other at 6:24, as the INGV specifically reports:

with geographic coordinates (lat, lon) 41.65, 12.71 to a depth of 11 km. The earthquake was located by: INGV-Rome Seismic Room. There was no damage to people or buildings. The shock, albeit relatively mild, was felt by Castelli al Roman coast, up to the southeast part of Roma.
