Two dogs risked falling into the Martesana and were not allowed to approach. It happened on the morning of Tuesday 8 June at via Vittorelli 5, Ponte Nuovo area, where firefighters and local police intervened.

The animals were wedged between the construction site fence and the canal bank but when officers and firefighters tried to rescue them to prevent them from slipping into the water, they were aggressive.

Fortunately, after a while the dogs, who were ownerless and had no leash, managed to free themselves. It is unclear if they live in the area where they have been spotted in distress. On the spot the local is carrying out investigations.
