With these words yesterday the deputy Tullio Patassini (Lega), in the council chamber of the Monti Azzurri mountain union in San Ginesio, presented the “Mountain 4 seasons” project, to experience the mountains all year round. Together with him, there were the president of the Marche Chamber of Commerce Gino Sabatini and the president of the mountain union Giampiero Feliciotti. In the audience, the mayors of Bolognola Cristina Gentili, of Fiastra Sauro Scaficchia, of Sarnano Luca Piergentili, with Mario Nannerini (technical and safety manager) and representatives of the administrations of Castelsantangelo sul Nera and Amandola. The mayors are asking to focus primarily on unique ski passes and marketing. Mayor Piergentili underlined the problem of the deadlines of the plants. Sabatini highlighted the importance of new strategies to combat depopulation and to strengthen accommodation facilities. Spaterna approved the project with a view to environmental and touristic enhancement, recommending however to “involve the Park technicians”, to prevent some choices from clashing with current legislation.
