Andrea Levy, president of Mimo, a salon that collects the heavy legacy of what was set up at the Valentino Park in Turin, says: “The constant contact with the institutions, such as the Lombardy Region and the two municipal administrations of Monza and Milan has allowed us to modulate our format in order to make it safe and flexible. Mimo 2021 will be a great opportunity for the entire automotive system, starting from the press day on Thursday 10 June in which media, institutions and brands will be able to meet and discuss future partnerships. Even the regional councilor for Innovation and Research, Fabrizio Sala from Brianza, points out that «despite the situation, there is a great desire to leave on the part of everyone, employees and fans, always in total safety. Initially scheduled for June 2020, it has been postponed and remodeled continuously due to the health emergency. Four days of event with static display of the models of car and motorcycle manufacturers on the streets of the center of Milan: alongside the 100% electric, hybrids, city cars and SUVs, visitors will also be able to discover the prototypes of body builders and the queens of the motorsport, in a walk of almost 3 kilometers from corso Vittorio Emanuele to piazza Duomo, passing through via Dante, via dei Mercanti, piazza Cordusio and finally piazza del Castello Sforzesco. The Focus Electric Cars will be located in Piazza Castello, an in-depth study reserved for the public of the new mobility currently made available by car manufacturers, with the exhibition of electric and hybrid cars.

An event experienced as a restart, as Angelo Sticchi Damiani, president of Aci remarked: «We greet with satisfaction the restart Mimo.
