GENERAL TREND. On central-western Europe it seems willing to consolidate a rather vast anticyclonic field, tending to extend into the north Atlantic latitudes during the second half of next week. This would result in conditions of stability and a pleasant climate in the western states of the continent, with partial involvement also of Italy starting in the middle of next week. Our peninsula, however, would lie along the eastern edge of the anticyclonic area and therefore still slightly exposed to a mild flow of northern currents.
CONSEQUENCES ON ITALY. Such currents would prevent the temperature to rise excessively and would still cause some variability on the Alps and Prealps, with some afternoon-evening phenomena in local encroachment in parts of the Po Valley. To be budgeted a little variability also along the Apennine ridge, especially in the afternoon and evening when some showers may locally point towards the Tyrrhenian hinterland. However, a situation characterized by greater stability compared to the first part of the week, albeit still with some disturbances. Given the temporal distance, the trend could undergo important changes. We advise you to follow the next updates.
