The decline in the indicators of the Covid pandemic in Puglia continues. The currently positive cases drop below 20 thousand. As for the daily bulletin issued by the Region, today (Saturday 5 June 2021) in Puglia, 7,220 tests for Covid-19 coronavirus infection have been recorded and have been recorded 161 positive cases: 44 in the province of Bari, 20 in the province of Brindisi, 36 in the province of BAT, 22 in the province of Foggia, 39 in the province of Lecce, 7 in the province of Taranto, 1 case of resident outside the region. 8 cases of unknown province of residence were reclassified and attributed. 1 death was recorded in the province of Brindisi.

The total of positive Covid cases in Puglia is 251,243 divided as follows: 94,693 in the Province of Bari; 25,363 in the Province of Bat; 19,409 in the Province of Brindisi; 44,872 in the Province of Foggia; 26,627 in the Province of Lecce; 39,116 in the Province of Taranto; 801 attributed to residents outside the region; 362 province of residence not known. The prevention departments of the ASL have activated all the procedures for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information, aimed at tracing close contacts.
