Quartararo’s fifth consecutive pole, Rossi is there

Motor weekend to Barcelona and second day of testing in Montmelò for the GP of Catalonia, the seventh GP of the season.

Qualifying today, Saturday 5th June, confirm the duel Yamaha Ducati.

No surprise, the pole always goes to Fabio Quartararo. The leader of the championship with his Yamaha confirms the excellent moment and took the first place (with 1’38 ”853) also in Barcelona and gets the fifth consecutive pole of the year.

This is the first Yamaha rider with 5 consecutive poles since 2010, the last it was Lorenzo who did it.

Jack Miller places second instead and it is also also protagonist of a fall, fortunately without consequences, third Johan Zarco.

Despite a fall in the first few minutes for Rossi, the rider from Tavullia, who managed to return to the pits to recover the second row, until the end he tries and closes eleventh.
