Messina, 5 June – Two young people players of Acr Messina, a team that plays in Serie D, are investigated for sexual violence aggravated on a underage. The disputed facts would have occurred in pieno lockdown, in November 2020. The Gazzetta del Sud writes. The deputy prosecutor Roberta La Speme, who coordinated the investigations of the carabinieri, issued a notice of conclusion of the preliminary investigations against them on the accusation of sexual violence, aggravated by the minor age of the victim. The investigation was opened after the complaint presented to the carabinieri by Fr.adre of the girl.
The two suspects were both adults at the time of the disputed facts. The investigations of the carabinieri also aim to identify a third person who would have been involved in the affair. The soldiers of the Arma have heard several times the victim and also his family, to reconstruct the story. The girl, strongly shaken, has been repeatedly heard with the necessary precautions and in compliance with the provisions of the legislation on child abuse, in terms of guarantees to the victim.
The family members were also listened to, because the girl would have made one of them confidences which then triggered the alarm, which resulted in the complaint. The roles played by the two players are clear for the Prosecutor’s Office and the position of one of the two would be more marked and serious than that of his teammate.
