– Breakfast: a cup of tea; 125 g of white low-fat yogurt with a tablespoon of whole oat flakes, 2-3 nuts and 100 g of fresh fruit. – Snack: 10 g of nuts; 2 tangerines. – Lunch: 150 g of grilled marinated chicken; 180 g of sweet potatoes; green salad dressed with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. – Snack: a rice cake with a thin layer of tahini sauce. – Price: a plate of carrot soup; 80 g of bresaola with rocket.

FRIDAY / 5th DAY

– Breakfast: a squeezed orange juice; 30 g of rye bread with a layer of 100% sugar-free hazelnut cream. – Snack: 20 g of wholemeal bread with 30 g of hummus.
