(ANSA) – SANTIAGO DEL CHILE, 02 JUN – The health authorities of Chile have requested the opening of an investigation into the behavior of Inter player Arturo Vidal since he returned home to join the national team on 25 May. Subsequently Vidal was excluded from the group because he tested positive for Covid and since yesterday he has been in a clinic, but already from the day of his arrival instead of putting himself ‘on the bubble’ he would have violated the rules for meeting with a model (but both he and she have denied). The Undersecretary of Health, Paula Daza, said that Vidal “must, like all people who have arrived in the country, respect health regulations”. The health protocol currently in force requires the players to stay ‘on the bubble’ and leave the hotel only to go to train or play. Vidal, on the other hand, would have shown himself in a racecourse to attend horse races (a great passion of his) and then to have dinner in a restaurant with a group of friends. And it would have been one of them who infected him, according to what Vidal himself said. (HANDLE).
