Good news: Alessandro Borghese, having recovered from the Coronavirus, is in the process of reopen in Milan his AB restaurant – The Luxury of Simplicity.
The restart date will be June 4th, obviously all in total safety. There is also already some indiscretion on the menu. La Cacio & Pepe will not be missing, but it will be accompanied by new dishes born over the last few months, all made with high quality ingredients. Among them we will have:
- He substituted chicken giblets on the phone
- Spaghettone Pasta Armando with lobster from our seas
- Grilled duck with blackberries and roasted spring onion
Among the novelties awaiting guests there will also be a particular capsule collection by Luigi Biasetto. The pastry chef, in fact, has created one selection of sweets limited edition.
But it doesn’t stop there. Just to celebrate the long-awaited reopening, here is that chef Borghese has partnered with KayOne, a well-known exponent of Street Art. The exhibition was born from this partnership Urban Taste: it can be visited by appointment on the opening days of the restaurant (and also thanks to a virtual map).
Furthermore, this exhibition is part of the wider review “The recipe for Universalism”, organized by Rodolfo Viola Foundation. Its purpose is to exploit the expressions of the different artistic disciplines to provide the necessary ingredients to stimulate a vision of the world that also passes through the eyes of art.
