The images of Morbidelli’s strange fall in the Le Mans pitlane. From what we can see, the rider loses his knee support as soon as he jumps off the M1, then ruining the second bike. Accompanied by the mechanics in the garage, Franco underwent a medical examination. We look forward to certain news, hoping that the race is not at risk.
According to what Sky Sport colleagues reported, the situation would seem better than it might have appeared at the beginning. Morbidelli may have had a small problem with his meniscus, which however seems to have returned.
UPDATE – Franco Morbidelli has been examined by doctors and will be able to continue the race weekend. He suffered a slight sprain in his left knee and will undergo treatments at the Mobile Clinic before FP4.
