The Carcano Theater reopens with a new artistic director: Carlo Gavaudan

Milano – Change at the top of the Carcano Theater of Milan: on the eve of the reopening Fioravante Cozzaglio, who with Sergio Fantoni in 2014 relaunched the Carcano business, has now decided to leave the artistic direction and to sell the management to one of the partners: Carlo Gavaudan.

To Gavaudan, therefore, the task of taking over the production center and shortly expressing the new artistic direction in agreement with the other members of the company. Gavaudan, in addressing an affectionate greeting and thanks for the long work done to his predecessor, immediately confirmed the organizational director Graziano Nevi and all the staff.

The absolute priority of the new management will be the immediate restart of the theater as a sign of support for show business workers and revitalization of the city’s cultural system. The Carcano, which has always been an important reference point on the Italian scene, is about to reopen its doors with the recovery of the shows scheduled for 2020 and 2021.

The reopening of the ticket office is set for 10.00 on Tuesday 4 May 2021 and Carcano staff is available for information on scheduled shows and the use of vouchers.
