As expected, from the weather stations and meteorologists of the Castelli Romani, yesterday afternoon there was a rich dusting of snow in the Pratoni del Vivaro area on the Alban Hills. Precipitation between medium and weak at times stronger allowed light accumulations on the meadows and on the highest part of the plain. The eastern side of the Castelli Romani was therefore favored, while on the western side there was light snow or sleet.

Temperatures still plummeting and frost on the way for this morning, with clouds and a prevalence of cloudy weather. Yesterday’s rainfall in the Pratoni del Vivaro area affected the municipalities of Rocca di Papa, Rocca Priora, Artena and a part of Velletri. Thanks to the Cold Bearing, the Vivaro plain has maintained temperatures close to 0 ° C while on the high Rocche it is 1 ° – 2 ° C. Beware of frost and ice in these areas, many inconveniences have already occurred in via Tuscolana, between Rocca Priora and Artena with the dead snow that immediately froze, causing numerous cars to skid and go off the road.
