And for the first time, Peck’s panettone will land, obtained thanks to a 72-hour process, using stone-ground wheat germ flour, Bourbon vanilla berries from Madagascar, fresh candied orange peels with Tuscan acacia honey. . For Christmas 2021 the new special edition with gianduia and mandarin with hazelnut glaze stands out, made in only 200 pieces accompanied by a hazelnut and white truffle praline cream and a spatula to apply it.
